Note from the CEO
Most successful business owners and executives I know have a “people first” mentality when it comes to business. Foundationally, I believe that placing an emphasis on developing, growing, and nurturing employees is also the best way to develop, grow, and nurture a company. I knew early on in my career that I wanted to help people; I just wasn’t sure where that would lead me.
As CEO of AssetBook, I understand that it’s my role to make sure my people get what they need to be happy and successful in their professional life. Employees are the foundation of any business so when employees are satisfied in their jobs, the business is set up for success. This happens by creating a people-first culture.
At AssetBook, our people always come first.
We recently had our annual employee retreat to brainstorm ideas, share stories, and bond as a team over fun activities. It was wonderful to see as many of the team (whom I consider a family) who could make it in person post-Covid so that we could celebrate together – and I could tell them personally how much I appreciate their efforts. They work tirelessly to bring you the best possible products and services; we would not be where we are today without them.
